7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Take a look back in the day! Everyone going for a run and Jen’s first WOD. Now after about 2 months of Crossfitting she has made HUGE improvements. Her squats are getting deeper everyday, she just finished a 5k WOD, and most of all she is trying harder than anyone. Great job Jen and keep it up!
