CrossFit has changed the lives of many people and builds a family so strong and unique that it cannot be found anywhere else. It has challenged both the physical and mental boundaries of everyone during a WOD, whether it be running your first 5k and finishing or just hitting a PR on a heavy day. We all  have gotten ourselves to the point where it seems impossible, and then with a little push and support from your CrossFit family, what seemed to be impossible, was achieved. The word impossible should not be in a CrossFitter’s dictionary.
