WOD
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
If you can’t do pullup’s use a band, or jump. Your doing the same amount of work, just scaled to your ability.
Before the workout, as part of your warm up work on those C’s and D’s.
