Constantly varied! Is your body getting used to working out at the same time everyday? What about working out in different clothes? For example fire fighters have done WOD’s in full gear, now that is intense! Video Here. You would be amazed how your body reacts to different times of the day and weath conditions when you workout. WOD
“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
