Awkward CrossFit picture at the Sage Burgener Oly Lift Clinic… Besides that Sage Burgener is an awesome coach. She is very enthusiastic and her passion for the olympic lifts stick out as much as her colored mismatched socks! It was a very good experience and we are planning to have her at our box sometime in the near future. Who would be interested?
