These guys in the video are from Redondo and one of them is 3rd in the world I think for one man racing.

okay just made up my burpees. decided to mix it in a wod. 1 mile run and 60 burpees. 10:26.
did the 7 remaining to warmup!!

Katie we might go paddle this sunday! 9am. Its not for sure yet, but thats when we’re shooting for.
