Yesterday I video taped myself doing “War Frank” (3 Rounds; 25 Muscle Ups 100 Squats 35 GHD Stitups) and decided to make a time lapse of the last round! Pretty cool, but the muscle ups are a majority of the video so you can skip to the end! Ha ha!
As I was doing the work out I kept asking myself Why in the world am I doing this? I know you all ask that question to yourselves every time you workout, so answer that question and post it up in the comments!

Gosh, there are so many good reasons why I CrossFit…I guess #1 is spreading the “CrossFit love.” The only way to do that is to be the change you want to see in the world. We can’t force people to be fit, healthy and mentally tough. But if we live it, then it might just rub off on someone that really needs it…
…but of course, beating my kids or husband in a wod once in a great while is a very satisfying reason too. Lol.

When you do the squats it looks like you’re dancing. Lol.

I workout to suck less. I think we all have some addiction to working out. Our bodies need to burn that physical energy that we don’t use at most of our jobs. I beleive most people that are depressed wouldn’t be if they did some physical activity that pushed them.

Every WOD I complete, I feel like I’m accomplishing something for me. Never did I think I would be able to do half of what I’m doing now and because of that I keep going.
I know this is going off topic, but I just wanted to thank the trainers and the members for embracing my children the way you have…it’s what makes it possible for me to come to the box!!
