I’m falling way behind on the burpees. i been getting the exercise induced headaches Mark was getting for awhile. I figured maybe some time off would fix things but tried a few burpees and they came right back. Any suggestions from anyone else with similar problem? I’m gonna try to get a massage tomorrow, hopefully loosen things up a bit.

Sorry to hear that Scott. You should get the headache checked out to play it safe. Plus it will give you peace of mind and the Doctor could give you suggestions on how to possibly relieve the headaches. Hope you feel better bro.

Scott – I think Mark S. just took some rest days just like how you’re doing now. Hope you’re feeling better to come out to UCLA this weekend.

Yeah I saw a Dr. when I was getting them. He said it maybe 2 things vision (which we ruled out) or tight or sore upper back and neck muscles. Mine went away once I started icing and heating my upper back and neck. My dad did pretty much the same but really just took time off. Listen to your body it may be time for a break for sure.

Bummer Scott….keep us posted on how you are feeling. I’m a big supporter of taking time off :)

I just took advil when I felt it coming on. I learned that if I slowed down a little on the exercise the minute I started feeling it, relaxed my breathing, I could push through it. I think it had more to do with not drinking enough water, not getting enough protien and not sleeping enough. I stopped getting them.
