		<description>I just took advil when I felt it coming on.  I learned that if I slowed down a little on the exercise the minute I started feeling it, relaxed my breathing,  I could push through it.  I think it had more to do with not drinking enough water, not getting enough protien and not sleeping enough.  I stopped getting them.</description>
