Congrats are in order for Caleb F. and Katy D. they are engaged! Expect a newlywed WOD one of these days.. :D

WOD

If you plan on doing this WOD Rx’d allow a little more time for the workout.

Murph

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

    I was gonna skip working out tomorrow, but I have been wanting to do murph. Just want to finish with the vest. Guess no beer until after the wod.

    Great pictures! I think Christian and Nico got a kick out of making us suffer with that simulated stadium wod yesterday:-) ah, revenge is sweet, isn’t it?

    I say next rest day, we do wod 2a and 2b!

    Btw- are my priorities screwed up if I do murph tonight instead of putting more time into studying for my finals tomorrow?

    I have never done Murph and not sure if I would make it under 60 minutes :/
