That last picture of Christian and Nico is awesome!!

  2. Christian Says:

wish i had bigger muscles like nico….! haaha

  3. Jesse Says:

Murph was hard! I would have walked the last mile but a few thought jumped in my mind. Like, how Christian and Nico worked so hard in the sectionals, How Mike B has been pushing himself real hard, Kim L doing kipping pull ups, Scott B finishing the WOD with a weight vest and setting a PR. How everyone at our studio is doing so well. So I just had to try my hardest to run the last mile.
    Thanks everyone for the motivation

  4. Amber Says:

    Christian…LOL!!!

Jesse, I completely agree :) Lately, everyone has been pushing themselves so much that it’s contagious…I love it!!

Carissa, I wanted to say thank you for pushing me on my thrusters the other day. The fact that you believed in me made all the difference :)

  5. Kim Says:

Murph was hard – I agree Jesse! You inspire me. Just the thought of running after doing all that work made my feet cramp up :) Great job pushing yourself on that last mile. Bye, bye murph until next time…

  6. Kim Says:

If you mean by sore, not able to walk or move my arms – then yes I’m so sore!! That was a good one.

  7. Scott L Says:

I cant walk right since AMRAP of OHS – GHD – KTE workout, 500 burpees, and Murph.

    its real bad folks-

Props to Kim L. 50 kipping pullups yesterday. 100 is around the corner

  8. Amber Says:

Scott, I seriously feel ya on being sore. I couldn’t do Murph bc I couldn’t move yesterday. I haven’t been this sore in a while :(

    Kim, that is so AWESOME!!!

  9. Mike Says:

It is awesome how everyone seems to be feeding of eachother’s energy. Nobody wants to stop because nobody around them is event thinking about stopping. It’s pretty cool :) Throw in Christian and Nico killing it at sectionals and there is way to much motivation floating around to not get better!
This is why CrossFit is addicting.

  10. Carissa Says:

Amber, thank you in return for trying your best each time!

Reading today’s thread proves that we have the BEST box because we have some awesome, inspiring people. I can’t say it enough. CrossFit is priceless!

  11. Jenn Says:

I am totally addicted and thank you all for creating such a great atmosphere. Scott and I started Murph together yesterday and I kept looking at him with the weighted vest and thought, if he can do this, so can I. Thanks for the inspiration!

  12. Erika Says:

I whined to my parters today at work, “I’m sooo sore from doing Murph yesterday.” They wanted to know who this “Murph” I was “doing” was and told me it sounded like I had the greatest St Paddy’s day. Leave it to the dirty minds of cops.

Kim and Tyler, you were awesome yesterday. You both motivated me.

  13. crossfitproper Says:

    LOL, ERIKA!

  14. Jesse Says:

    Erika,
Probably explains why I was getting funny looks yesterday at my office. I was talking about “Murph” and how sore I am. LOL
