Programming Intent: Tabata mash-up! The 20 on/10 off interval has been proven to be more effective in terms of losing weight and building muscle. If you treat it as a true 20 seconds of hard work (non-stop) and then a 10 second break, this should get pretty spicy! The last sprint, you get rewarded for effort by getting to rest a bit longer.
