Programming Intent: This is a retest! We’ve been doing a lot of buy-ins lately, messing around with fatigue and work capacity. Basically the buy-in is to get your heart rate and lactic acid build-up in the legs in order to see how well you can perform the main batch of work (upper body/lower body) under the added stress.
