Programming Intent: Common theme here is double-unders! Besides being very technical, these are like cardio in the sense that they are a repetitive single movement that taxes cardio (but also forearms and shoulders!). Sprinkle in a little bit of unilateral overhead strength and sit-ups, it’s a great way to end Friday! This time priority workout can be as intense as you make it. So if you’re just trying to cap the week off, keep moving, if you feel fresh, ratchet up the intensity! 

In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute of 50-lb. dumbbell snatches
2 minutes of double-unders
2 minutes of 50-lb. dumbbell snatches
3 minutes of double-unders
3 minutes of 50-lb. dumbbell snatches

Rest 3 Minutes

In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute of Sit-Ups
2 minutes of double-unders
2 minutes of Sit-Ups
3 minutes of double-unders
3 minutes of Sit-Ups
