Programming Intent: Working into week 3 of the cycle, move up in weight or get 2-3 sets at the weight you might be stuck at. We’re sticking with the front squat in the workout, but combining it with deadlift to turn into a clean. The other pieces are all to get your heart rate up and to sweat the weekend out!
Establish a 3 rep Front Squat in 15 minutes
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of,
5 Cleans, 135/93
10 Handstand Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
