Programming Intent: Upper body day today! It’s a fun little agonist/antagonist training, basically making sure we get volume in both sides of the body for a good muscular balance. The movements in which you fail, are the ones you should work more towards!

In 15 minutes work up to a heavy set of 5 Strict Presses


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of,

400m Run
3 L-Pull-Ups
6 Strict Pullups
9 Pull-Ups
12 Presses, 75/53
