As a CrossFit Proper member, all of these are your programs:
Race Ready: We have many ways to get ready for a race, whether you’re doing a 5k, marathon, tri or mountain bike race. CrossFit is transferrable to all sport endeavors.
3-2-1 Lift: A strength bias program.
Future Firebreathers: Many of our members’ kids have learned to do push-ups and squats just by watching their parents in class and at home. Keep them interested in their own health & fitness. This class is just for them!
