What is a CrossFit “box?”
A CrossFit “box” is the only place where you’ll find a 52 year old business exec competing day-in-day-out with a 27 year old female police officer; where a 40 year old mom gives 110% to try and beat a 25 year-old former wrestler’s workout time; where a 9-year-old boy can join a deadlift burpee workout and go neck-and-neck with a 30 year old firefighter. At the end of it all, it’s high-fives all-around for a job well done and one more workout towards peak fitness. This is the CrossFit Proper family.
